Grab your yoga mat, favorite pillow and blanket and join us in the 8th Chakra studio for an intimate sound bath. Enjoy waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and a Shruti box to transport you into a state of deep relaxation. Please note there will be dogs on site who may join in the sound bath.
