Spring Equinox Sound Bath
Join me in a sound bath for the transition from Winter to Spring
Service Description
Join Darren for an hour long sound bath as we transition from winter to Spring. The sound bath will begin with us writing down our intentions, what we want to let go of, and what we are grateful for. You will have the option to burn the pieces of paper before the sound bath, or take home with you. Once complete, we will transition into the sound bath. Take time to raise your vibration and bring in change while crystal singing bowls, chimes and a shruti box are played. PLEASE NOTE: This sound bath takes place in Darren's home, and his dogs Charlie & Laisey may be present. Depending on attendance, the sound bath may be moved to a new location.
