Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Set your Winter intentions while you enjoy a sound bath in the sanctuary of the beautiful Grace-Westminster United Church. Located in the heart of Nutana, built in 1910, the sanctuary of Grace-Westminster features stunning architecture and superior acoustics which set the stage for a wonderful sound bath location! The sanctuary has a more intimate feel to it which will help you to enjoy the different vibrations and sounds from the instruments.

This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra.
