This private one - on - one sound bath is intuitively created specially for you and your energetic needs. Reiki energy is combined with the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls to help move energy through your body, clear your chakras and release all that no longer serves you. At the end of the sound bath, there will be some time to discuss the sound bath, and any intuitive messages that came through will be shared.
Sound and the City Sound Baths are a unique sound bath series in Saskatoon. These Sound baths take place in landmark buildings around Saskatoon, Including The Roxy Theatre, The Broadway Theatre and Knox United Church. The locations are chosen based on their superior acoustics, unique surroundings, and are often some of Darren's favorite places in the city.
Take a break from the work day to enjoy a sound bath in the work place. Darren will travel to your work place, and provide an hour of meditation and relaxation. Sound baths can decrease anxiety, promote positive mental health, foster creativity and raise the vibration of the work place to attract abundance.
This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy.

Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra.
The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath.
