Discover the unique gifts that lie within you and awaken your sense of worthiness in this transformative series. Using the gentle resonance of singing bowls combined with guided visualizations, this journey invites you to step into a sacred space where you can: • Quiet the mind and open the heart through the healing vibrations of sound. • Explore your unique gifts, values, and innate worthiness. • Reflect deeply on your life experiences to uncover the seeds of your life purpose. • Gradually cultivate clarity and confidence in the role you are meant to play in the world. Each session begins with a calming sound bath, flowing into a guided visualization, and concludes with additional time to immerse in the soothing sounds. Over time, this series supports participants in growing comfortable with their gifts, gaining insight, and ultimately creating a personal life purpose statement. This is more than a series—it is a gentle, soulful journey of self-discovery and alignment with your true essence. Group Sound bath sessions will be on January 20th, February 3rd and February 17th. The alternate weeks will be a scheduled one on one session with Pat to review the previous week's content. This series includes 3 guided group sound bath sessions, plus homework. About Pat: Pat Clarkson combines a rich career in leadership, education, and coaching with a passion for guiding others toward their life purpose. Known for her insight and empathy, she helps individuals clarify their gifts, embrace new directions, and create lives of purpose and fulfillment. About Darren: With over 7 years of experience in sound healing and meditation, Darren is a dedicated practitioner in the field of holistic health. Specializing in crystal singing bowls, he creates immersive sound bath experiences designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. Darren offers both group and one-on-one sessions, holding space for transformation through the healing power of sound.
