Bring your yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation as you immerse yourself in this unique auditory experience designed to elevate your spirit and promote well-being. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the sound bath, no late entry will be permitted.

Rescheduling: Sound and the City Sound Baths are non transferrable to other sound baths. Please arrive 10 minutes early, as late entry will not be permitted
