Immerse yourself in deep relaxation as Darren expertly plays a shruti box, crystal singing bowls, and chimes, guiding you on a journey of healing and peace. Join us to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit in this sacred space. There are 2 seating options to experience the sound bath at Knox United Church: Premium Seating - A lay down spot in the open area at the front of the sanctuary General Seating - enjoy the sound bath in the church pews (you can lay down on the pew) PLEASE NOTE: Parking is not included with this event. Parking lot adjacent to church is paid parking.

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client: Fees paid are non-refundable regardless of circumstance or cancellation at any point. Rescheduling: Sound and the City Sound Baths are non transferrable to other sound baths. Please arrive 10 minutes early, as late entry will not be permitted
