Experience a transformative Full Moon Sound Bath at Knox United Church, held in the beautiful, historic sanctuary. Immerse yourself in deep sound, frequency and relaxation as Darren plays the shruti box, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tanpura, guiding you on a journey to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. The full moon is all about releasing what no longer serves you. This sound bath provides a safe space for you to release, relax and renew yourself for the last part of the moon cycle. There are 2 seating options to experience the sound bath at Knox United Church: Premium Seating - A lay down spot in the open area at the front of the sanctuary General Seating - enjoy the sound bath in the church pews (you can lay down on the pew) PLEASE NOTE: Parking is not included with this event. Parking lot adjacent to church is paid parking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client: Fees paid are non-refundable regardless of circumstance or cancellation at any point. Rescheduling: Sound and the City Sound Baths are non transferrable to other sound baths. Please arrive 10 minutes early, as late entry will not be permitted
