Prairie Lily Full Moon Sound Bath

Service Description

Enjoy an hour long outdoor New Moon Sound Bath floating on the Prairie Lily! This may be your only opportunity to experience a sound bath on this beautiful floating vessel! Friendly reminder, the ship is not able to sail, so will be docked on the water for the duration of the sound bath. This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra. The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath. For your comfort please bring a yoga mat/mat, pillow and blanket. Seating is first come first serve, with options to lay on the floor or padded bench Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the sound bath.
