Begin with a soothing sound bath centered on your sacral chakra, unlocking your creative potential. After this rejuvenating session, you'll have the opportunity to express your newfound inspiration through guided artistic exploration, fostering healing and self-discovery. Embrace the fusion of sound healing and artistic expression with Ashley and Darren. For your comfort please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and bottle of water for the sound bath. **limited spots available
