Two Person Sound Bath

Service Description

This private sound bath is intuitively created specially for the two of you based off of your collective energy. Reiki energy is combined with the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls to help move energy through your bodies, clear your chakras and release all that no longer serves you. At the end of the sound bath, there will be some time to discuss the sound bath, and any intuitive messages that came through will be shared. The sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra. The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath. A foam mat, a pillow and a blanket are provided for your comfort. Please feel free to bring anything else you feel you may need to get the most out of this sound bath. PLEASE NOTE: This sound bath takes place at Darren's home - he has 2 dogs that will greet you upon your arrival.
