Service Description

Take a break from the work day to enjoy a sound bath in the work place. Darren will travel to your work place, and provide an hour of meditation and relaxation. Chakra tuned crystal singing bowls, the ancient drone of a shruti box and the enchanting tones of various times transport you into a state of deep relaxation and self reflection. Sound baths decrease anxiety and help to promote positive mental health
